Owner and founder of Woody’s Authentic Texas Beef Jerky, Art ‘Woody’ Waters and Wife Sherry Waters turned a hobby into a passionate craft of flavorful delicious artisan Jerky offerings.

We debuted our Jerky at a local Festival here in Columbus Texas. Like the about photo at Columbus Ladies Night Out. As the news spread and people tasted our Jerky, the response was overwhelming. A little about us…
We are a family of four living the day-to-day life on our small ranch. Woody enjoyed creating Jerky and was always willing to share.
